Amazon is continuing to offer the SteelSeries Arctis GameBuds at £100, a price Eurogamer has described as an all-time low for these gaming earbuds. The deal covers the PS5 and Xbox variants and has persisted through the New Year and festive period.
In terms of design and build, the Arctis GameBuds stand out with a color-coordinated finish tailored for either Xbox or PS5 setups. The earbuds come with a first-rate build, and the rounded charging case is pocketable. The case also supports Qi wireless charging for added convenience.
Fit and audio features include a solid seal that enables effective active noise cancellation, a natural-sounding transparency mode, and physical buttons built into the buds to avoid touch controls. These design choices aim to balance comfort with practical in-use controls.
On sound and software, the Arctis GameBuds offer generally good audio across games, music, and movies thanks to an inoffensive profile. The accompanying mobile app provides dozens of presets tailored for different genres and use cases, and there are separate settings for Bluetooth 5.3 and 2.4 GHz wireless to maintain compatibility across most platforms.
Value and availability: At £100, the Arctis GameBuds present a strong value for buyers seeking versatility in a single pair of gaming earbuds. The combo of cross‑platform wireless support, solid ANC, and a convenient charging case makes them a compelling option for PS5 and Xbox players alike.
Bottom line: The continuation of the Amazon deal, paired with the Arctis GameBuds' feature set, positions them as a leading choice for gamers shopping on a budget who want quick, reliable audio across devices.
