Amazon has reduced the price of the Asus ROG Flow Z13 gaming laptop to $1,699.99, a discount of $400 from its original price. This deal brings the powerful, ultra-portable 2-in-1 convertible well under the $2,000 threshold.
The Asus ROG Flow Z13 features a 13.4-inch 2560x1600 180Hz IPS display and weighs just 2.65 pounds, positioning it as a highly portable gaming device. In its tablet mode, its size and weight are comparable to handheld gaming PCs, yet it offers superior gaming performance that rivals traditional larger laptops. The build quality includes a CNC aluminum alloy chassis and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus screen protection.
This specific configuration is equipped with an AMD Ryzen AI Max 390 CPU and an AMD Radeon 8050S integrated GPU, complemented by 32GB of LPDDR5X-8000Mhz RAM and a 1TB SSD. While not the absolute top-tier ROG Flow Z13 model, which features a Ryzen AI Max 395 CPU and 8060S iGPU and currently retails for over $2,100, this configuration still provides gaming capabilities that surpass those found in high-end handhelds like the ROG Xbox Ally X.
The convertible design allows the keyboard to be detached, enabling the Flow Z13 to function as a standalone tablet. This versatility makes it suitable for users seeking a device that can handle both productivity tasks and demanding gaming in a compact form factor.
