Amazon is offering a $400 discount on the Asus ROG Flow Z13 convertible gaming laptop, bringing its price down to $1,699.99 with free shipping. This deal represents one of the few substantial savings available during the Labor Day sales period, which has otherwise been noted for a lack of significant discounts on gaming hardware.
The Asus ROG Flow Z13 is a 13.4-inch 2-in-1 device weighing 2.65 pounds, making it approximately one pound heavier than the ROG Ally X handheld gaming PC. Its construction features a CNC aluminum alloy chassis and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection. The convertible design allows the keyboard to be detached, enabling its use as a tablet. The device boasts a 2560x1600 resolution 180Hz IPS display. This particular configuration is equipped with 32GB of LPDDR5X-8000Mhz RAM and a 1TB SSD, powered by an AMD Ryzen AI Max 390 CPU with an integrated AMD Radeon 8050S GPU. While not the highest-end configuration of the Flow Z13, which uses a more powerful Ryzen AI Max 395 CPU and 8060S iGPU, this model is less expensive and still offers gaming performance that rivals full-sized laptops and surpasses the integrated graphics found in top-tier handhelds like the ROG Ally X.
The ROG Flow Z13 is designed for users seeking versatility and high performance in a compact form factor, offering capabilities for both productivity and gaming.
