The GameSir G7 Pro Wireless PC Gaming Controller is currently available for $63.99, a 20% discount, during the final hours of Amazon's October Prime Day Sale. This sale price represents a rare opportunity to acquire the controller at a reduced cost, as noted by its frequent use as a daily driver by the author.
This flagship controller from GameSir is designed to compete with more expensive models such as the Xbox Elite or DualSense Edge. It features a solid build with premium components including magnetic resistance TMR analog sticks for accurate, drift-free performance, Hall Effect analog triggers with adjustable micro-switch stops, a mechanical micro-switch D-pad with swappable patterns, and optical micro-switch ABXY buttons. Additional controls include two mini bumpers and two lockable back buttons, alongside the standard asymmetrical layout.
The G7 Pro offers both wired and 2.4GHz wireless connectivity for PC, boasting a 1,000Hz polling rate. The accompanying GameSir Nexus app provides customization options for gyro settings, stick curves, and button-to-mouse mapping. The controller supports haptic feedback through four internal rumble motors and includes a built-in gyroscope. While primarily for PC, it can also connect to Android devices via Bluetooth and Xbox consoles using a wired connection only.
Its internal 1,200mAh battery provides up to 10 hours of playtime. The package also includes a charging dock with a USB cable, a feature often omitted or offered as an extra for competing high-end controllers. The controller is highlighted as the first time it has been available on AliExpress with local US warehouse shipping, according to the source.
The GameSir G7 Pro has been utilized across a variety of games, including "Clair Obscur: Expedition 33," "Hollow Knight: Silksong," "Crimson Desert," "Forza Horizon 6," and "Control: Resonant."
