Woot, an Amazon-owned retailer, has launched a significant video game sale featuring discounts on titles for Nintendo Switch, Switch 2, and PlayStation 5. An additional 20% off is available on many items with the coupon code "SAVETOBER." First-time Woot customers can receive an even larger discount of 30%.
Among the available deals is Minecraft Dungeons 2 for the Nintendo Switch 2. Typically priced at $44.99, the game can be purchased for $35.99 after applying the "SAVETOBER" code. This offer represents a discount on a title that was released on September 29, making the 20% price reduction noteworthy so soon after its launch. The sale is particularly relevant for those looking for holiday gifts, especially for younger audiences.
Minecraft Dungeons 2 is an isometric action role-playing game set within the Minecraft universe, featuring a blocky art style. Players explore dungeons, collect loot, and upgrade their characters, drawing comparisons to the Diablo series. While IGN's review scored the game as "Okay," it is noted as being particularly appealing to younger fans of the Minecraft franchise.
Amazon Prime members are eligible for free shipping on their Woot orders. Non-Prime members will incur a $5 delivery fee. The sale is described as an early Black Friday event, offering substantial savings on various video game titles.
