Walmart is currently offering a significant discount on the Skytech King 95 gaming PC, reducing its price by $600 to $1,399 with free shipping. This prebuilt system features an RTX 5060 Ti graphics card with 16GB of VRAM, an AMD Ryzen X3D processor, and 32GB of DDR5 memory, making it a capable option for gaming at 1080p and 1440p resolutions.
System Components and Performance
The Skytech King 95 is equipped with a liquid-cooled AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D CPU, which remains a top-tier processor for gaming even with newer models on the market. It offers performance comparable to the newer 9000X3D series and even surpasses some Intel processors in gaming benchmarks, all while consuming less power and generating less heat. This cooling efficiency contributes to a quieter system operation.
Crucially, this configuration includes the 16GB variant of the RTX 5060 Ti graphics card. This is a significant advantage over the more common 8GB models, as the additional VRAM provides a substantial performance uplift in many games. The RTX 5060 Ti (16GB) is well-suited for 1080p gaming, outperforming the RTX 4060 Ti by approximately 20%, with even greater gains in titles supporting DLSS and frame generation technologies. The 16GB of VRAM also enables this GPU to handle 1440p gaming effectively, offering a cost-effective alternative to higher-end cards like the RTX 5070.
