T-Mobile Offers $1,000 Discount on Apple's New iPhone Duo Foldable

T-Mobile is currently offering a significant discount on Apple's newly released foldable smartphone, the iPhone Duo. For a limited time, customers can receive $1,000 off, or 50% of the phone's full price, when they sign up for a new line on an Experience Beyond plan and port in their existing number. This offer does not require a trade-in.

The discount is applied over 36 months via bill credits, totaling $1,000 in savings. A one-time $35 connection charge also applies. The Experience Beyond plan costs $100 per month for a single line with AutoPay, including unlimited talk, text, and premium 5G data. Additional plan benefits include Netflix (with ads), Hulu subscriptions, Apple TV for $3 per month, unlimited mobile hotspot, T-Satellite service, annual phone upgrade eligibility, and a five-year price guarantee. International travelers can also use unlimited text and 30GB of high-speed data in Canada and Mexico, along with unlimited text and 15GB of high-speed data in over 215 other countries.

Demand for the iPhone Duo has been exceptionally high, with initial order batches already selling out. T-Mobile acknowledges longer-than-normal shipping times due to this demand but assures customers that the offer's terms will be honored from the date the phone ships. Early ordering is recommended to secure the device and the promotional discount.

The iPhone Duo represents Apple's entry into the foldable smartphone market, featuring two displays: a 5.4-inch screen when folded and a larger 7.6-inch screen when unfolded. It is also noted as Apple's thinnest iPhone to date in its unfolded state. The device is powered by the new Apple A20 Pro processor, built on a 2-nanometer process technology, which Apple claims delivers 40% greater graphics performance compared to its predecessor. Other hardware upgrades include a main camera with variable aperture capabilities (f/1.48 to f/4.0) and support for faster 60W charging.
