T-Mobile has launched an "On Us" promotion for Apple's new iPhone 18 Pro, offering the device at no cost to customers who switch carriers and port in their number, or trade in an eligible phone. This offer requires enrollment in T-Mobile's Experience Beyond plan, with the full value of the phone, up to $1,199, applied as bill credits over 36 months. A one-time $35 connection charge also applies.
Customers opting for the iPhone 18 Pro Max can also receive $1,199 in bill credits. While the Pro Max has a retail price of $1,299, this promotion effectively reduces the additional cost to $100 for those desiring the larger screen.
The Experience Beyond plan is priced at $100 per month for a single line with AutoPay, including taxes and fees. This plan provides unlimited talk, text, and 5G premium data, along with bundled subscriptions to Netflix (Standard with ads) and Hulu. Additional benefits include Apple TV at $3 per month, unlimited mobile hotspot, T-Satellite service, annual phone upgrade eligibility, and a five-year price guarantee. International travelers receive unlimited text and 30GB of high-speed data in Canada and Mexico, plus unlimited text and 15GB of high-speed data in over 215 other countries.
Currently, the "On Us" promotion is exclusive to the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max. However, T-Mobile may extend similar offers to the upcoming iPhone 18 Duo, which is expected to preorder on October 16. The iPhone Duo, Apple's first foldable smartphone, is anticipated to have a retail price of $1,999, making a promotional offer particularly appealing.
The iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max feature the new Apple A20 Pro processor, manufactured on a 2-nanometer process, which Apple claims delivers up to 40% greater graphics performance than its predecessor. Other hardware enhancements include a main camera with a variable aperture ranging from f/1.48 to f/4.0 and support for faster 60W charging.
The iPhone Duo will present a foldable design with two displays: a 5.4-inch screen when closed and a 7.6-inch screen when unfolded. It is expected to be Apple's thinnest iPhone in its unfolded state and will utilize the same A20 Pro processor found in the Pro and Pro Max models.
