The three-volume hardcover set compiles every daily and Sunday strip from Bill Watterson's iconic comic, which ran from 1985 to 1995. Included within the collection are strips in both black and white and color, along with an introductory essay by Watterson himself. It also features full-color cover art and spot illustrations from the original collections, as well as special illustrated stories and poems previously published.
Each volume is housed in a decorative slipcase, featuring brown and orange colors and artwork of Calvin and Hobbes. The slipcase design aims to provide an organized and visually appealing display option for collectors.
This deal coincides with Barnes & Noble's annual Book Haul sale, which offers discounts on various book formats and exclusive editions until September 7. As reported by IGN, Hannah Hoolihan is a freelancer who contributes to the guides and commerce teams.
