Arcade cabinets have seen a resurgence in popularity, with companies like Arcade1Up offering replica cabinets. Addressing concerns about space, Numskull's Quarter Arcades line provides 1/4 scale cabinets that are significantly smaller than traditional units.
During Amazon Prime Day, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Collector's Edition Mini Arcade Cabinet is available for $214.19, marking its lowest price of the year. This miniature cabinet features the original 1989 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles arcade ROM, offering a nostalgic experience for fans.
The cabinet stands 16.9 inches tall and faithfully recreates the original arcade machine's retro artwork and details, including a full-color mirror screen. Its design aims to be as authentic as possible to the classic arcade experience despite the scaled-down size.
Equipped with a rechargeable battery, the TMNT Collector's Edition Mini Arcade Cabinet offers flexibility in placement. Its compact size makes it suitable for placement on desks, shelves, or in offices, a characteristic not feasible with full-size arcade units. This makes it a potentially unique addition for those looking to enhance their gaming setup.
