Woot, an Amazon-owned retailer, is currently offering a refurbished Nintendo Switch 2 Mario Kart World Console Bundle for $439. This deal is available for a limited time and includes a 90-day Woot warranty.
According to Woot, the refurbished consoles are inspected and guaranteed to have minimal cosmetic damage, passing a full diagnostic test for like-new functionality. Any prior user data has also been removed. The bundle includes OEM accessories and the retail box. A forum post by a Woot staffer indicates that the included Mario Kart World game code is either unused or has been replaced with a new code.
This offer comes shortly before Nintendo's planned price increase for the Switch 2 console, which will take effect on September 1. Following this date, the console alone will retail for $499.99, an increase from its current $449.99 price point.
The Nintendo Switch 2 boasts a library of released and announced titles, including Mario Kart World, Donkey Kong Bananza, Pokemon Legends: Z-A, and Kirby Air Riders. Upcoming releases such as the Star Fox remake and Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave are also slated for the platform. The console is also receiving ports of major titles like Cyberpunk 2077 and Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade, positioning it as a competitor to handheld gaming PCs. The hardware is capable of running these demanding games at playable frame rates, a feat not possible on the original Switch.
Amazon Prime members will receive free shipping on this deal, while non-members will incur a $5 shipping fee. Given the nature of such offers, this deal is expected to sell out quickly.
