IGN has debuted an exclusive new trailer and poster for the second season of Adventure Time: Side Quests. The companion series to the original Adventure Time continues Finn and Jake's journeys through the Land of Ooo, promising more strange quests and magical mishaps.
The synopsis for the season highlights the duo wrestling toads, facing baby gladiators, and getting caught in magical spells, emphasizing that "no side quest is too strange, too small, or too dangerous to take on." The season aims to maintain the original series' spirit with its focus on friendship, trouble, and action.
The voice cast includes Sasha Knight as Finn the Human and John DiMaggio as Jake the Dog, alongside Tom Kenny as Ice King, Hynden Walch as Princess Bubblegum, Olivia Olson as Marceline, and Niki Yang as BMO. Nate Cash returns as Executive Producer and Showrunner, with Victor Courtright as Supervising Director. The creative team also features Directors Niki Yang, Katie Aldworth, and Rose Feduk, Story Editor Darrick Bachman, Art Director Nick Cross, and Composer Matthew Janszen.
Produced by Cartoon Network Studios, all episodes of Adventure Time: Side Quests Season Two will be available to stream on Disney+ and Hulu starting October 2. The first two episodes of the series premiered at IGN Live in June.
