Hasbro has announced a new line of "Heroes of Hyrule" action figures based on The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. These figures are designed to be more accessible to fans compared to previous high-end collectibles, with pricing starting at $28 for Link and Zelda, and $43 for Ganondorf.
Each figure stands at six inches tall and features numerous articulated joints for posing. Accessories are included with each character, such as alternate hands to replicate specific in-game actions. Pre-orders are set to open on Amazon and Hasbro's official website, with the first shipments expected in spring 2027.
The "Heroes of Hyrule" collection will be showcased at San Diego Comic-Con 2026. The figures appear to possess a good level of detail, and the facial sculpts are described as generally accurate, though the ball joint connection on Zelda's torso is noted as a potential aesthetic compromise for the price point.
This release marks a shift from the typically premium collectible market for The Legend of Zelda. Past offerings have included expensive statues, such as the $150 Wake Studio resin statue for Tears of the Kingdom. The new Hasbro figures are part of a multi-year licensing agreement with Nintendo, suggesting that further collectibles from the company, known for brands like G.I. Joe and Transformers, may be forthcoming. This is particularly relevant given the upcoming live-action Zelda movie.
