The final round of PC Gamer's tournament to determine the scariest PC game is underway, pitting Amnesia: The Dark Descent against Alien: Isolation. Readers have the opportunity to cast their votes to decide the ultimate winner.
Alien: Isolation secured its place in the finals by defeating SOMA, Darkwood, and Silent Hill 2. Meanwhile, Amnesia: The Dark Descent advanced by overcoming S.T.A.L.K.E.R. and F.E.A.R., followed by a closer contest against Amnesia: The Bunker.
While some at PC Gamer consider Amnesia: The Bunker to be the scarier installment, the original Amnesia: The Dark Descent remains a highly influential and frightening game. The original Amnesia's impact on the horror genre is significant, making it a strong contender in this final vote.
Voting for the final round is open until 9 am Pacific on Saturday. The winner will be crowned shortly thereafter.
