The cooperative PvE extraction shooter Arc Raiders has received a skill rework that includes new abilities, notably the Nomadic Crafting skill situated at the top of the survival tree. This new skill expands players' crafting capabilities, enabling them to create a wider array of items directly during gameplay.
Nomadic Crafting unlocks the ability to produce most types of ammunition, including shotgun, light, medium, and heavy rounds. In addition to ammunition, this skill also provides access to crafting mobility items such as the Grappling Hook and Zipline. Players can also craft Shrapnel Grenades.
These new crafting options supplement those already available through earlier survival tree skills like In-Round Crafting and Traveling Tinkerer, which grant access to items such as traps and hatch keys. The rework also introduced other new abilities, including a wall run functionality at the highest level of the mobility tree.
