The Arc Raiders Phantom Targets project introduces a new objective for players to assist Shani in tracking mysterious arcs appearing across the map. The initial phase requires players to locate and upgrade three antennas found atop Cargo Elevators.
These Cargo Elevators are identifiable as extraction points scattered across the Dam Battlegrounds, Spaceport, and Riven Tides maps. They appear as small bunkers with four doors that lower to allow entry. To complete the objective, players must climb onto the roof of one such structure and interact with the antenna, which is described as scaffolding equipped with radar dishes. This process must be repeated at two other extraction points.
While the interaction prompt on the elevator roof may not disappear after activation, the progress can still be tracked through the quest log. Players do not need to complete all three upgrades in a single session or on the same map, offering flexibility in how the objective is approached across the different regions. Successfully upgrading three antennas marks the completion of the first step in the Phantom Targets project, yielding in-game rewards.
