Mixed players account for 27%, while 34% are pure PvP players, a segment that has remained stable. These figures were released alongside the announcement of a forthcoming PvE toggle test for the extraction shooter.
The data suggests a strong interest in PvE content, even among those who prefer competitive play. According to Embark, over 70% of friendly co-op players and 40% of PvP players have expressed a desire for fewer hostile encounters. Furthermore, 51% of the surveyed player base has indicated interest in a dedicated PvE option. The studio stated that this data directly informed their decision to test a PvE-only mode, acknowledging, "we can't ignore what the data is telling us."
