Sony has announced the lineup of games coming to PlayStation Plus subscribers in August. The selection includes two cooperative adventures, Dying Light 2: Stay Human – Reloaded Edition and Big Walk, alongside the indie survival horror title Signalis. These titles will be available for PS5 and PS4 owners to add to their digital libraries starting August 4 and will remain claimable until August 31.
Dying Light 2: Stay Human – Reloaded Edition offers players a chance to explore a post-apocalyptic world filled with zombies, emphasizing both combat and parkour. The game is described as a zombie RPG that has seen improvements since its initial launch. Big Walk, a new release, promises a cooperative island exploration experience with numerous puzzles for players to solve with friends. This title will be a day-one release on PlayStation Plus, potentially encouraging more players to try it out than if it were a standard purchase.
Rounding out the month's offerings is Signalis, a survival horror game praised for its creepy atmosphere. The game is presented as an indie title that horror fans might want to explore.
PlayStation Plus subscribers across all tiers—Essential, Extra, and Premium—will have access to these games. Once added to a user's library, they can be downloaded and played at any time, provided the subscription remains active. This monthly drop replaces the previous month's games, which included titles like For The King 2, Modern Warfare III, and Cross Code. Players have until July 6 to claim those June freebies.
