Polygon has obtained the exclusive reveal of the first three episode titles for the upcoming animated series Avatar: Seven Havens. The series, which premieres Oct. 9 on Paramount Plus, marks the first new Avatar animated series since The Legend of Korra concluded in 2014. It is set to take place several centuries after the events of The Legend of Korra, introducing a post-apocalyptic, cyberpunk aesthetic.
The release schedule for the first season will see three episodes debut on Oct. 9, followed by three more on Oct. 16, another three on Oct. 23, and the final four episodes arriving on Oct. 30.
The first three episode titles are:
Chapter One: On the Horizon Chapter Two: Into the Storm Chapter Three: The Order
Details surrounding the plot of Avatar: Seven Havens reveal a world reshaped by a significant cataclysm. The official synopsis states that the series follows Pavi, a young Earthbender who is identified as the new Avatar. However, in this era, the title of Avatar is perceived as a harbinger of destruction rather than salvation. Pavi, along with her twin sister, becomes the target of both human and spirit adversaries. Their journey involves uncovering their origins and working to safeguard the "Seven Havens" before the last vestiges of civilization crumble.
The cast for Avatar: Seven Havens includes Saheli Khan as Pavi, Aishu Devan as Pavi's twin sister Nisha, and Major Curda as Jae, an airbender who joins their quest. Dee Bradley Baker reprises his role as the voice of cat-monkeys, with Geet and Ruhi being the specific pets of Pavi and Nisha.
Alongside Seven Havens, Paramount released the standalone film Avatar Aang: The Last Airbender in July, which is set after the original animated series. The new series, Seven Havens, is a continuation of the Avatar franchise developed by Avatar Studios.
