Amazon and Warner Bros. have unveiled Batman: Caped Crusader - Chronicles, an exclusive video game for Amazon Prime members that is set to release on July 31. This launch coincides with the debut of Batman: Caped Crusader Season 2, making both the game and the new season available to Prime members at no additional cost.

The game marks Amazon Luna's expansion into Prime Video. Batman: Caped Crusader - Chronicles is designed as a cooperative crime-solving party game for up to four players. The experience is intended to complement the animated series, allowing viewers to play the game using their phones as controllers after watching episodes of Batman: Caped Crusader Season 2.

Players will assume the roles of detectives in Gotham City, forming a special GCPD task force and working within Batman's inner circle. The game features Detective Montoya, voiced by Michelle C. Bonilla, who reprises her role from the series. Together with Batman, voiced by Hamish Linklater, players will interrogate suspects, investigate crime scenes, and deduce clues across 11 episodic missions. Each mission incorporates a unique sleuthing minigame to test players' detective skills. The objective is to thwart Batman's notorious villains, including Babyface, Scarecrow, Dollmaker, and The Joker.

Additional voice cast members will be announced prior to the game's July 31 launch.

Batman: Caped Crusader - Chronicles will be accessible on the Luna app in numerous regions, including the U.S., UK, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Portugal, Belgium, and Luxembourg. The game is positioned as an offering for a more casual gaming audience, distinct from the core Batman titles fans might anticipate.
