Castlevania: Belmont's Curse is getting a demo you'll be able to sink your fangs into soon. Developer Evil Empire, known for its work on Dead Cells, has announced that the demo will arrive on October 1st and will be available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
The demo will allow players to experience the entire first chapter of the game. Any progress made during the demo will carry over to the full release of Castlevania: Belmont's Curse, which is scheduled for October 14th. The game is targeting 60 frames per second on all platforms except the Switch, where it aims for 30 FPS.
This playable chapter is the same portion of the game that was experienced by previewers earlier this year. The game aims to blend classic and modern action-platformer elements. Castlevania: Belmont's Curse is positioned as the first of several new Castlevania projects from Konami, though further details about these upcoming titles remain undisclosed.
