Konami is commemorating the 40th anniversary of the beloved Castlevania franchise with a special symphony tour. This unique event will feature a 25-piece power rock orchestra bringing the series' iconic music to life for fans in Tokyo, London, and Los Angeles.
The tour promises a comprehensive journey through Castlevania's rich musical history, spanning from the earliest titles to its modern era. Notably, the concerts will include the first-ever live performance of music from the upcoming game, Castlevania: Belmont's Curse.
The arrangements and orchestrations for the symphony have been crafted by composer Adam Hoskins, known for his work on the popular Undertale: The Determination Symphony World Tour. The setlist will include fan-favorite tracks such as "Bloody Tears," "Vampire Killer," "Divine Bloodlines," and "Dracula's Castle" from Symphony of the Night.
The Castlevania symphony is scheduled for three dates in March 2027:
- March 13: Tokyo Opera City Concert Hall, Tokyo
- March 14: Eventim Apollo, London
- March 26: Dolby Theatre, Los Angeles
Tickets will be available through the event's official website. Sales for the Los Angeles show begin October 1 at 10 AM PT, followed by the London show on October 1 at 12 PM BST. Tokyo's pre-sale tickets will be lottery-based, starting October 1 at 12 PM JST, with general sales to be announced later.
Castlevania has long been recognized for its distinctive and memorable musical scores, a signature element that has defined the series since its 1980s origins. Composer Michiru Yamane's work on Symphony of the Night, in particular, popularized the franchise's symphonic rock sound.
