Pearl Abyss is providing a unique opportunity for players to sample Crimson Desert with a new, download-free demo accessible directly through a Twitch stream. This browser-based trial allows interested gamers to explore the Hernandian Territory for up to 20 minutes without requiring any storage space on their devices, a significant advantage given the game's substantial 150 GB PC installation size.
This method bypasses the common hurdle of large demo downloads that can deter players from trying out new titles. Instead, the Crimson Desert experience is streamed, offering a taste of the action-RPG's gameplay. The demo does not start from the beginning of the game, enabling players to jump directly into the Hernandian Territory and explore freely. When the 20-minute limit is reached, players can restart the demo to explore different areas or paths.
Pearl Abyss has not yet specified an end date for this browser demo. For those who enjoy the trial and wish to purchase the full game, Crimson Desert is available with a 20% discount on the Epic Games Store, PlayStation Store, Steam, and Xbox Games Store until September 9.
