Crunchyroll's Game Vault has officially surpassed 100 games, reaching a total of 101 titles following the recent addition of three new games. The service, which originally launched in 2023 with a curated selection of anime-themed titles, is accessible to Mega and Ultimate Fan subscribers. These subscribers also gain access to Crunchyroll's anime streaming library, the Crunchyroll Store, and Crunchyroll Manga.

The latest games available in the vault are playable on mobile devices with touchscreen controls, or via a web browser using a mouse and keyboard or a PC-compatible controller. The new additions include:

  • Baki Hanma: Blood Arena, a 2D action game inspired by the anime.
  • Beyblade X Xone, a Beyblade action game centered around the X Championship tournament.
  • Battle Chef Brigade, a blend of puzzle and platforming action with anime storytelling elements.

Crunchyroll is also preparing to publish its first original game, Bananya Buddies, a cat-collecting title developed in collaboration with TMS Entertainment and The MIX. The pre-registration for Bananya Buddies is now open.

Future additions to the service's library are set to include ReStory: Chill Electronics Repairs, Little Goody Two Shoes, Shovel Knight Pocket Dungeon, Streets of Rage 4, and Snufkin: Melody of Moominvalley. These upcoming titles will join existing games such as Steins;Gate, Corpse Party, and Metal Slug Tactics.

Since being acquired by Sony in 2021, Crunchyroll has implemented several changes, including the removal of its free ad-supported tier and subsequent price increases. The service has focused on enhancing the value of its premium tiers, restricting access to the Crunchyroll Store to Mega and Ultimate Fan subscribers, and introducing exclusive merchandise drops. The Game Vault serves as an additional perk for these subscription tiers, offering a distinct gaming library for existing Crunchyroll users.
