Capcom has revealed a new collaboration event for Dragon's Dogma 2, bringing elements from the fantasy cooking anime Delicious in Dungeon into the action RPG. The crossover celebrates the thematic similarities between the two properties, both of which focus on the quiet moments and practicalities of adventuring, including meal preparation.

The collaboration introduces two Official Pawns based on Laios and Marcille, main characters from the Delicious in Dungeon anime. Players will also receive two free armor sets themed after these characters. These additions are intended to resonate with players who enjoy the detailed adventuring and cooking aspects present in Dragon's Dogma 2, which mirrors the core premise of the anime.

The Delicious in Dungeon x Dragon's Dogma 2: Dark Arisen collaboration begins on November 4, 2026, for PlayStation, Xbox, and PC players, and will run until January 28, 2027. Nintendo Switch 2 players will gain access starting November 12, 2026, with the event concluding on the same date. The collaboration content is available in the base version of Dragon's Dogma 2 and does not require the Dark Arisen edition.

Delicious in Dungeon, adapted from Ryoko Kui's manga, shares a narrative focus on adventurers cooking monsters for sustenance. The anime's first season aired in 2024, with a second season scheduled for October 2027. The series' creator has cited RPGs like Wizardry and Legend of Grimrock as inspirations, further highlighting the connection to games like Dragon's Dogma 2.
