A fan-made quest for Fallout 4, titled "Double Feature," has been created by modders in a single weekend, featuring the voice talents of Wes Johnson, known for his iconic roles in The Elder Scrolls series. The mod is part of an annual charity drive by modder Kinggath and their collaborators, aiming to raise funds for Alzheimer's research. As of this writing, the fundraiser associated with the mod has surpassed its initial goal, bringing in over $5,000, with a revised target of $6,000. When combined with other supporting campaigns, the total raised exceeds $7,800.

This effort is part of Johnson's broader initiative, "Voiceapalooza," a partnership with the Fallout For Hope charity, highlighting his engagement with RPG fan projects and a particular passion for supporting the fight against Alzheimer's. Johnson, who has voiced numerous characters such as Molag Bal and Sheogorath in The Elder Scrolls, also lent his voice to Fallout actors Jan Johns and Leer Leary in this mod.

The "Double Feature" mod introduces a new dungeon to Fallout 4 and offers players custom rewards, including a player home, a new companion, unique Vault Boy-themed power armor, and a new weapon. Further details on how to access the quest and the full list of contributors can be found on the mod's Nexus page, where it is also available for free download.

This is not the first charity project from Kinggath Creations. Previous collaborations include mods like "Shady Motives" and "Trunk's Malfunction," all developed under similar time constraints for charitable causes. Kinggath Creations also has a history of larger projects, including the acclaimed "Sim Settlements" mod for Fallout 4, which was recognized as the best mod of 2017 for its innovative gameplay that was described as "so good it should be an official part of the game."
