Pokémon Pokopia is set to introduce Feebas and Milotic through a new limited-time event this summer, the "Fetch Scales for Feebas" event. This event provides an opportunity for players to add these popular Water-type Pokémon to their Pokédex by assisting them in building a suitable habitat. Additionally, players can collect Prism Scales during the event to trade for summertime-themed decorations and items.

The game, which blends Pokémon elements with cozy gameplay, has garnered significant player engagement since its launch nearly five months ago. To keep players invested, a substantial three-part expansion pass is planned, with the first installment, "Bubbly Basin," launching on August 5. This expansion will include a free update that grants players the ability to use the move Dive, enabling underwater construction and exploration. "Bubbly Basin" will introduce a new town and a deep-sea area filled with marine life, along with new underwater furniture sets.

The "Fetch Scales for Feebas" event is accessible to all players, regardless of whether they own the "Bubbly Basin" DLC or have access to the Cloud Islands. The event can be initiated by speaking to Feebas, who will appear near any completed Pokémon Center. Players will be tasked with finding Prism Scales scattered throughout the game world. These scales can then be exchanged for seasonal furniture and decorations. The acquisition of this specific furniture set is a requirement for building the habitat needed to attract Feebas and Milotic to the player's island.

The event is scheduled to run from August 13 at 5 a.m. local time until August 28 at 4:59 a.m. local time. Players will be able to access and participate in the event once the necessary game files are added via a patch, which may also include early access to the event content.
