Ruriko-ji Temple serves as a notable landmark and photography spot within the expansive world of Forza Horizon 6, appearing in various Festival Playlist challenges. One such challenge was the #TempleVantage photo mission during the "British Automotive" series.
The vast map of Forza Horizon 6 can make locating specific landmarks, including Ruriko-ji Temple, a challenge. The temple is situated in the northwest section of the Minamino region, positioned just south of the farmlands that mark the northern edge of the area. Players can access it by following the off-road path that runs along the western edge of the Naruo Golf Course, continuing until the temple comes into view.
Upon arrival, players are encouraged to photograph the temple to register it in the Discovery journal's Photography section. It is important to capture an image of the temple itself, rather than the adjacent pagoda, to ensure the credit is awarded.
During the spring season of the "British Automotive" series, a specific photo challenge required players to photograph a 1964 Aston Martin DB5 Vantage in front of Ruriko-ji Temple. This car could be acquired through the "Aston Martin Nights" seasonal championship or purchased from the Autoshow for 500,000 credits, with a discount to 475,000 credits for owners of the Soko 78 house.
