Fortnite's spooky season content is expanding with the arrival of Nikki, a character from the recent horror hit "Obsession." The DLC bundle, set to launch on October 21, brings actress Inde Navarrette's character from the Curry Barker film into the game.
As anticipated, Nikki's memorable "No, no, no!" line from the movie will be featured as an emote. However, instead of Nikki speaking the phrase, she will hold up cue cards displaying the words. This unique interpretation adds a distinct flair to the in-game cosmetic. Players can also expect Nikki to feature an unlockable style that replicates the character's signature frown from the film.
The "Obsession" DLC bundle also includes a One-Wish Willow pickaxe and a broken wine bottle accessory, referencing a particularly memorable scene from the movie where Nikki uses a bottle as a weapon. "Obsession" has achieved significant commercial success since its release in May, grossing over $500 million worldwide against a production budget of just $750,000, making it one of the most profitable films ever made. Navarrette, known to be a gamer and a fan of games like "PS2 Shrek," is also slated to play Rogue in an upcoming "X-Men" movie.
