Fortnite is making it easier than ever for players to complete their Sprites collection with the return of Sprite Spree Week. This limited-time event offers players a final chance to acquire rare Sprites before they are potentially removed from the game with the launch of Chapter 7 Season 4.

While there are 25 base Sprites to discover, the collection is made more challenging by several rare variants. Historically, the most effective method to obtain missing Sprites has been to participate in specific Sprite Hour events. These events increase the spawn rate of certain Sprite types, aiding players in their collection efforts.

Sprite Spree Week aims to alleviate player concerns about missing out on these collectibles. The event features multiple Sprite Hour sessions designed to give players ample opportunity to find any Sprites they have not yet encountered. Sprites collected during Chapter 7 Season 3 will remain in players' collections and be added to the Sprite Garden in the next season. However, their availability on the Battle Royale island in future seasons is not guaranteed, with many slated to be vaulted alongside the Chapter 7 Season 4 update.

The event begins on Saturday, August 15, at 2 p.m. EDT, coinciding with the launch of the Unstable Event. Following the kickoff, a specific Sprite type will have an increased spawn rate on the map daily, starting at 9 a.m. EDT. The schedule is as follows:

Saturday, August 15: Mythic Sprites Sunday, August 16: Galaxy Sprites Monday, August 17: Holofoil Sprites Tuesday, August 18: Cube Sprites Wednesday, August 19: Gem Sprites

Throughout Sprite Spree Week, several boosts will be active. Players will experience increased XP gain for equipped Sprites, facilitating their mastery. Additionally, Sprite Spree Quests will become available, offering chances to obtain rare Sprites such as the John Wick Sprite and the Gem Zero Point Sprite. The event also includes an increase in Lucky Locators and the ability to resummon Sprites without expending Sprite Dust.
