Hoyoverse has concluded its Genshin Impact version 7.1 preview livestream, detailing the upcoming patch and revealing several codes that grant Primogems and other valuable in-game items. The update will continue the main story in Snezhnaya and introduce two new playable characters: Vesna, an Anemo sword-user, and Vodyanoyitsa, a Hydro catalyst-user.
This version also marks Genshin Impact's Sixth Anniversary. To celebrate, players will be able to log in and receive two free five-star characters. One will be from the standard banner, and the other will be selectable from a list of specific limited characters, alongside other celebratory rewards.
The three codes revealed during the livestream are Rekviem, Vesna0923, and PrimaDonna. These codes reward players with Primogems, Mora, and Adventurer's EXP, which can be used to level up characters. Players are advised to redeem these codes promptly, as they are set to expire on September 15 at 12 a.m. EDT.
To redeem the codes, players can visit the official code redemption website and input the codes. Alternatively, codes can be entered in-game via the settings menu. Redeeming codes through a web browser is generally considered more straightforward. Upon successful redemption, rewards will be delivered directly to the player's in-game mail shortly thereafter.
