MICA Team is gearing up to celebrate Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium's 1.5 anniversary with a major in-game update scheduled for June 25, 2026. The event, which marks nearly 18 months since the game's release, will introduce new dolls, outfits, and a substantial number of rewards for players.
The anniversary celebration will be divided into two distinct parts. The first phase, "Dawnforger: Part 1," will run from June 25 to July 15, 2026. It will feature the debut of two new dolls: Loreley, described as an Elegant Enchantress and a versatile support character, and Harpsy. Players can unlock Harpsy for free by completing the "Evershifting Hacker" missions.
This initial phase will also bring new outfits for existing characters. Loreley's "Twilight Whisper" outfit will be available, offering unique skill visual effects and interchangeable accessories. Acquiring this outfit will unlock a new, intimate story scene revealing more about Loreley. Additionally, Klukai's "Indigo Oath" and Makiatto's "Steamy Vacance" outfits will be introduced. A new commander outfit for Nightfire will also be unlockable for free during the update.
The second part of the anniversary event, "Dawnforger Part 2 and Unto The Radiance," begins on July 16 and concludes on August 5, 2026. This phase will see the addition of Cheyanne and Liushih to the game's roster. Both characters will receive new outfits: "Maiden Debut" for Cheyanne and "Beauty in the East" for Liushih. These outfits will be available for purchase at a limited-time discount.
Throughout the 42-day anniversary celebration, players can look forward to earning a significant amount of in-game currency and items. Over 100 pulls and 13,000 Collapsed Pieces can be obtained by participating in various events and activities. In total, including daily activities, commanders can earn more than 720 pulls. Another free Elite Doll will also be added to the roster, in addition to Harpsy.
MICA Team has also outlined future plans beyond the anniversary event. Major crossover collaborations with "SSSS.GRIDMAN" and "ULTRAMAN" have been confirmed, though release dates are yet to be announced. The developer has also promised significant story developments in Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium, with long-unresolved mysteries set to be unraveled in upcoming patches. Looking ahead, more than 470 pulls are estimated to be available through future patch rewards alone in the months following the 1.5 anniversary event.
