Grand Theft Auto 6 is set to feature at least one character who made their debut in GTA Online. Valentina, who was introduced in the Money Fronts update for GTA Online last year, has been confirmed to appear in the upcoming title.
Her appearance was revealed in a cutscene where she is seen interacting with Mr. Faber after disembarking from a private jet. While her role in the GTA Online update was not particularly significant at the time, her inclusion in Grand Theft Auto 6 indicates a potentially larger part to play. In the trailer, Valentina hires the game's protagonists, Jason and Lucia, to provide security for a VIP at a party that is ultimately disrupted by armed assailants. It remains to be seen if Valentina's role in Grand Theft Auto 6 will extend beyond this specific mission.
This development follows Rockstar Games' pattern of incorporating characters from previous titles into newer ones. Grand Theft Auto 5 and its online component previously featured characters from Grand Theft Auto 4, such as Brucie, Karen, and Packie. The presence of Valentina in Grand Theft Auto 6 fuels speculation about whether other characters, including fan favorites Michael, Franklin, and Trevor from Grand Theft Auto 5, will also return. However, Rockstar has yet to confirm any such appearances.
Rockstar Games has also provided further details on Grand Theft Auto 6, including confirmation that a full playthrough could last up to 80 hours or more, offering players an extensive experience in the game's world of Leonida. The game is scheduled for release in November.
