Fans eagerly awaiting the release of Grand Theft Auto VI can now enjoy a specially themed coffee blend. Vice City Bean, a Miami-based coffee roaster, has partnered with Rockstar Games to offer a new blend named 'Leonida,' a nod to the in-game version of Florida where the upcoming title is set.
The 'Leonida' blend is described as a medium roast, combining Colombian and Ethiopian coffees to evoke the "vibrant and bold" energy of Miami, with "tropical highlights."
"We've combined a blend of two amazing Colombia and Ethiopia coffees to develop a tasting profile that we feel captures the energy of Miami, vibrant and bold, with some tropical highlights," Vice City Bean stated. "This is a medium roast that we are enjoying as a filter coffee, but don't shy away from pulling espresso shots."
A 10oz bag of the 'Leonida' blend costs $23, not including shipping for those outside of Miami. Vice City Bean offers the coffee in whole bean or ground options, with grinds available in coarse, medium, or fine.
The 'Leonida' blend is a limited release, and Vice City Bean's physical locations in Miami have reportedly been updated with Grand Theft Auto VI branding. This coffee offering is part of Rockstar's broader marketing campaign for the highly anticipated game.
Grand Theft Auto VI is scheduled to launch on November 19 for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles.
