Rockstar Games has announced the pricing and details for Grand Theft Auto VI, with pre-orders set to begin on June 25. The standard edition of the game will retail for $79.99. A more premium offering, the Ultimate Edition, will be available for $99.99. This enhanced version includes a "collection of premium vehicles, weapons, apparel, and action threaded across all aspects of Jason and Lucia’s story."
Pre-orders will commence at midnight local time. Players opting for the digital version of Grand Theft Auto VI will be able to pre-load the game starting November 12, a full week before its official launch on November 19. In a notable decision, the physical release of Grand Theft Auto VI will not contain a game disc. Instead, the box will include a download code that also enables pre-loading, with this physical version also becoming available on November 12.
Players who pre-order or purchase Grand Theft Auto VI by November 20 will receive the exclusive "Vintage Vice City pack," described as a collection of items reminiscent of the city's vibrant past. Furthermore, digital pre-order customers will gain a complimentary month of GTA+, Rockstar's subscription service that offers access to a catalog of games, benefits for GTA Online, and other perks.
Grand Theft Auto VI is slated for release on November 19 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
