Rockstar Games has unveiled pricing and the contents of the Grand Theft Auto VI Ultimate Edition ahead of its preorder launch on June 25. The standard edition of Grand Theft Auto VI will retail for $79.99, while the Ultimate Edition will be priced at $99.99.
Crucially, there will be no traditional physical copies of Grand Theft Auto VI; players will receive a download code even with physical versions of the game. Preorders will commence at midnight local time on June 25. Early adopters who preorder will also receive a complimentary month of GTA+, which includes $500,000 in-game currency and access to a selection of classic Rockstar titles through the GTA+ Games Library.
Grand Theft Auto VI Ultimate Edition
The Ultimate Edition promises an "extensive collection of premium vehicles, weapons, apparel, and action," with bonuses integrated throughout Jason and Lucia's narrative. New items are said to be discoverable as the game progresses.
Among the included digital content are vehicles such as the '95 Grotti Cheetah, a sports car inspired by the Ferrari Testarossa, and the Dinka Enduro motorcycle, returning from GTA 5 and GTA Online in an "Army fatigue-tinged" variant. The Ultimate Edition also features the Shitzu Squalo watercraft and a modified '67 Vapid Dominator Buggy for off-road excursions.
Weaponry includes the Hawk & Little Morgan Revolvers, described as "his and hers" models with Vice City stylings. Personalized variants of Jason's Girardi ES9 pistol and Lucia's Klose K17 pistol are also included, featuring custom engravings. The edition also grants access to the Pit Youngin$ Illegal Goods Store, the Stock 305 streetwear collection, and modding options through Rideout Customs and One-Eyed Willie's.
Exclusive Content and Customization
Owners of the Ultimate Edition will gain access to exclusive customization options. This includes personalized sidearms for Jason and Lucia, a "Vice City Style" pack with outfits, tattoos, and accessories inspired by the 1980s setting, and exclusive liveries for Jason's Vapid Ganado pickup truck via the Ganado Retro Build. Other features include Sara's Unisex Salon for character customization, and the '67 Vapid Dominator Buggy stored at the Paradise Garage.
Further exclusive content includes the "Goodtime Gear" collection inspired by the fictional character Macca the Gator, and the ability to raid the "loudest and most socially active gangs" at the Pit Youngin$ Illegal Goods Store. Ultimate Edition owners can also collect and restore abandoned classic cars through a special commission.
Preorder Bonuses
Preordering Grand Theft Auto VI before November 20 will unlock the "Vintage Vice City Pack." This pack includes a '55 Vapid Stanier sedan, a garage on Ocean Beach, unique outfits, hairstyles, and a weapon pattern. The '55 Vapid Stanier is visually similar to a Ford Crown Victoria and can be stored in the Shore Court personal garage. The preorder bonuses also feature outfits and hairstyles for both protagonists, including Jason's linen suit and Lucia's red sequin mini dress, alongside Tommy Vercetti's iconic palm-tree button-up as a weapon pattern.
Players will be able to preload Grand Theft Auto VI starting November 12, 2026, to ensure access on the launch date of November 19, 2026. Physical versions will be available from November 12 to facilitate pre-loading.
