Saber Interactive and Boss Team Games have set an October 8, 2026 release date for Clive Barker's Hellraiser: Revival. The first-person survival horror game will launch on PC via Steam, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S. A new trailer offers a glimpse into the game's mechanics, showcasing combat and puzzle-solving elements.
The game features a combat system that extends beyond conventional shooting, incorporating abilities such as summoning the Cenobites' iconic hooks and wielding pyrokinesis. The protagonist's Genesis Configuration box, distinct from the Lament Configuration, will also be utilized for puzzle progression, suggesting a varied gameplay experience.
Hellraiser: Revival is described as an original story centered on Aidan, a man who must use the Genesis Configuration after encountering the Cenobites to rescue his girlfriend from the Labyrinth dimension. The developers have previously characterized the narrative as a "messed-up love story."
The title will be available in Standard and Deluxe editions, priced at $39.99 and $49.99 respectively. While regional pricing is yet to be confirmed, the game is positioned at a lower price point than many major releases, potentially aiding its launch during a busy Halloween season that also includes the upcoming Grand Theft Auto VI. The official website also mentions two Collector's Editions, though details regarding their contents are not yet available.
