Waveflair's Kit
Waveflair's abilities are centered around accumulating and expending resources like 'Fervor' and 'Certified Banger' to enhance his damage output. His Basic Attack, Torrent, Bullseye Hit, deals Quantum damage to a single target. The Skill, Fatal Shot, Boiling Sands, is an area-of-effect attack that damages all enemies and grants the character 'Punchline' and 'Fervor' points. The Technique, Stirring Waves in Still Waters, allows Waveflair to rapidly move, attack enemies, and gain 'Fervor' and 'Certified Banger' upon entering combat.
Waveflair's Talent, Place Your Bets, Hear the Deep, influences his 'Certified Banger' duration and grants 'Fervor' and 'Punchline' when teammates attack. Reaching 30 points of 'Fervor' triggers an Elation Skill, Cheers! To the Blazing Summer, which consumes 'Punchlines'. When 'Certified Banger' is active, Waveflair's Skill and Ultimate deal additional Quantum Elation damage.
