Unlike previous invitations, participants will not receive an email notification. Instead, they must visit the network test's dedicated website to ascertain their selection.
Upon navigating to the website, players should access the three-line menu located in the top-right corner and select "Account." This action will direct them to their personal page, which will display the results of their selection. A blue text indicating "You were not selected to participate" signifies unsuccessful entry into the test. Those who were fortunate enough to be chosen will find their download codes available on the website starting Tuesday, August 18, at 6 AM PT/9 AM ET.
The network test is scheduled to run across multiple sessions: Friday, August 21: 3 AM to 7 AM PT / 6 AM to 10 AM ET Friday, August 21: 7 PM to 11 PM PT / 10 PM to 2 AM ET Saturday, August 22: 11 AM to 3 PM PT / 2 PM to 6 PM ET Sunday, August 23: 3 AM to 7 AM PT / 6 AM to 10 AM ET Sunday, August 23: 7 PM to 11 PM PT / 10 PM to 2 AM ET
This playtest offers a significant opportunity to experience The Duskbloods firsthand, as details about the game have been sparse since its initial reveal over a year ago. FromSoftware has not yet announced a release date, but the game is slated for release on the Switch 2 this year.
