British actor Luke Dale, recognized for his performances in the Kingdom Come: Deliverance RPG series and EA's Battlefield V, has embarked on a new venture, opening a medieval-inspired tavern in the Czech Republic. The establishment, named The Nobleman, is located in the Vinohrady district and aims to provide a cozy gathering space reminiscent of a Bohemian tavern, focusing on authentic food and drink rather than thematic tourism.

Dale described the project as a personal dream, acknowledging the significant undertaking involved. "Is this the dumbest thing I've ever done? There's a lot of competition for that title, but maybe," he commented in a video detailing the project. The tavern's offerings will include a blend of British and Czech cuisine, complemented by a selection of Dale's preferred beers.

The aesthetic of The Nobleman will lean into its medieval theme, with plans to adorn the walls with shields and other period-appropriate decor. Dale expressed that his work as an actor and streamer does not always feel tangible, and he sought to create a physical space that offered a sense of reality. He has a deep appreciation for the Czech Republic, where he has resided for several years, and intends for The Nobleman to serve as a "love letter to Prague."

This tavern venture is the first in a planned series of videos documenting the project's progress. Meanwhile, developer Warhorse Studios, the creators of the Kingdom Come series, is reportedly working on a new installment in the franchise and a separate RPG set in The Lord of the Rings universe.
