A dedicated LEGO fan has created an impressive alternate build, transforming the recently released LEGO Halloween Pumpkin Lantern set into a functional Millennium Falcon. Brad Barber, known online as Minute_Food_2881, has previously gained attention for his unique LEGO creations, including a "cursed Millennium Simba" last year. His latest project, dubbed the "Millennium Pumpkin," utilizes the pieces from set number 40872, the LEGO Halloween Pumpkin Lantern, which launched in August.

Unlike some of Barber's prior MOCs (My Own Creation), the Millennium Pumpkin features an integrated lighting element. The Halloween Pumpkin Lantern set comes with a light brick that is typically activated by pressing the pumpkin's stem. According to Barber, his Millennium Pumpkin build activates the light brick when placed on its stand, causing it to shine forward. This spooky iteration of the iconic Star Wars vessel can be constructed entirely using parts included in the original Halloween set. Instructions for Barber's Millennium Pumpkin build are available for purchase on Rebrickable for an additional $3. The LEGO Halloween Pumpkin Lantern set itself is available for $29.99 at the LEGO Store.
