The Dragon Ball franchise is making its debut in the world of Lego with the official reveal of the Lego Icons Dragon Ball Shenron & Goku set. This initial offering marks the beginning of a new partnership between The Lego Group and Toei Animation, with plans for additional Dragon Ball sets to follow in 2027.
The Lego Icons Dragon Ball Shenron & Goku set, product number 11390, is a substantial build comprised of 1,764 pieces. The centerpiece is the imposing Shenron, the wish-granting dragon from the series, standing over 12 inches tall. The set also includes a Kid Goku minifigure and a diorama featuring the seven Dragon Balls, capturing the iconic moment of Shenron's emergence.
Federico Begher, senior VP of product, marketing and development at the Lego Group, expressed excitement about the collaboration, stating that Dragon Ball has "captured the hearts and imaginations of fans around the world." He added that this partnership offers "an incredible opportunity to celebrate the characters and stories that have made Dragon Ball so enduring." The set is designed for builders aged 18 and up and will be available for purchase starting November 4, 2026, with an early access period for Lego Insiders on November 1, 2026. The recommended retail price is $179.99, with pricing also set at £129.99 and €139.99. The set measures over 12.5 inches high, 9.5 inches long, and 10 inches wide.
