Magic: The Gathering's popular Lord of the Rings set is back in stock with its Hobbit Gift Bundle available at Amazon. The accompanying Hobbit set has also received a positive reception from players.
The Hobbit Gift Bundle is currently priced at $164 on Amazon, which represents an 18% discount compared to its typical resale price, though it is still above the manufacturer's suggested retail price of $89.99. The bundle includes nine Play Boosters and one Collector Booster. While the most valuable cards are typically found in Collector Boosters, the inclusion of one in this bundle offers a chance at rare pulls, including potentially valuable cards like Gleaming Splendor.
In addition to the ten total booster packs, the bundle contains 34 land cards. These include exclusive full-art seasonal Hobbit lands and 10 full-art Middle-Earth Journey lands. A die and a storage box are also part of the package. Despite the higher-than-MSRP price, the bundle's availability at Amazon, and the offered discount compared to other retailers where it may be sold out, makes it a notable option for interested collectors and players.
