Marvel Television and Marvel Animation are set to make announcements at a special panel event during New York Comic Con 2026, with IGN reporting live from the Empire Stage. The "Up Next From Marvel Television and Marvel Animation" panel is scheduled to begin at 1:15 PM PT / 4:15 PM ET / 9:15 PM UK time. The official blurb indicates that special guests will provide an inside look at the studios' most anticipated upcoming series on Disney+.
Speculation suggests a final look at the series VisionQuest, which is set to premiere on October 14 and concludes the WandaVision trilogy. There is also anticipation for a trailer for Daredevil: Born Again Season 3, which is reportedly the show's final season and is expected to premiere in 2027. However, official announcements regarding further live-action series beyond those already in development, such as the reported spy series Zodiac, remain unconfirmed by Marvel, despite industry reports suggesting three to five other shows are in development.
On the animation front, Season 2 of Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man is slated for a January 2027 premiere on Disney+, and an update is expected. Additionally, X-Men '97 Season 3 is anticipated next year, and Marvel Zombies Season 2 is also in production.
Updates will be provided as they become available from the panel. As of 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start, queues to enter the Empire Stage were substantial, suggesting a potential delay in the panel's commencement.
