Enthusiasts of Super Mario Bros. Wonder can now place pre-orders for a substantial, officially licensed Elephant Mario statue from First 4 Figures. This collectible item captures the distinctive Elephant Mario form, a fan-favorite power-up introduced in the 2023 title.
The statue is available in two distinct versions: Standard and Exclusive. The Standard edition is priced at $544.99 and depicts Elephant Mario in a dynamic lunging stance. For an additional cost of $619.99, the Exclusive edition includes an Elephant Fruit accessory, the item that grants Mario his pachyderm-like transformation in the game. Both editions are currently available for pre-order, with a $20 discount offered. Shipments are anticipated to commence in the third quarter of 2027.
Both the statue and the accessory share significant dimensions. The Elephant Mario statue, including its base, measures 19.1 inches wide, 15.9 inches deep, and 16.9 inches high, with a weight of 28.9 pounds. The separate Elephant Fruit accessory is 8.27 inches wide, 7.48 inches deep, and 11.02 inches high, weighing 3.7 kilograms.
First 4 Figures appears to have a strong standing within the collectible community, and promotional images suggest the statue accurately represents the in-game Elephant Mario. This power-up, allowing players to use Mario's trunk for offense, spray water, and trample enemies, has been a significant draw since Super Mario Bros. Wonder's release. Its unique and somewhat whimsical nature has also inspired other merchandise, such as amiibo figures and plush toys.
Super Mario Bros. Wonder has achieved considerable success, selling 17.15 million copies and garnering widespread critical praise for its innovative level design and its revitalization of the 2D Mario formula. The game received an updated version for the Nintendo Switch in March, which added new characters, a flower pot power-up, and a new world called Bellabel Park, featuring competitive and cooperative multiplayer levels.
