A significant data leak has led to the public surfacing of achievement lists for numerous unreleased and unannounced PC games. Among the titles affected are highly anticipated games such as Persona 6 and Kingdom Hearts 4, with the information appearing on sites like SteamDB and Exophase.

X3sphere, the operator of Exophase, suggested the leak may stem from an error on Valve's part, where the Steam API potentially granted access to achievement data that should have remained private. "I usually never see games without an actual name pop up with achievements," X3sphere stated on ResetEra, "yet over the past hour or so a bunch have (when there's an unknown name we just set it to the AppID)."

The full extent of the leak is still being determined, but it reportedly includes details for a vast number of games. This influx of information also means potential spoilers for these titles are now circulating online. A Reddit user compiled a list of affected games, which purportedly includes more than a dozen titles that have not yet been officially revealed. Among these are mentions of a Sea of Thieves sequel or spin-off, a Twin Peaks game, a Candy Crush title, and games based on Sonic and Shrek franchises. A Balatro game was also noted, though the creator of the original Balatro has stated this is not affiliated with them. Similarly, while Toem 2 is listed as unannounced, that game has previously been revealed, suggesting the accuracy of the leaked list should be approached with caution.

Developers and publishers of the seemingly leaked games have been contacted for comment, as have Valve. It is important for players to be aware that these achievement lists may contain spoilers for games like Kingdom Hearts and Persona. Those wishing to experience these titles without prior knowledge are advised to avoid perusing the leaked data.
