Mattel is expanding its line of collectibles with several new offerings, including additional merchandise for the popular Netflix film KPop Demon Hunters, alongside new Masters of the Universe and Jurassic World figures. These items are slated for release at San Diego Comic-Con and through MattelCreations.com.
The KPop Demon Hunters Ramyeon 3-pack, priced at $50, features the film's protagonists, Rumi, Mira, and Zoey, in a scene reminiscent of their on-screen ramyeon break. The packaging itself is designed to resemble an airplane, referencing a key sequence from the movie. Each figure stands at 4 inches tall and sports a chibi-inspired aesthetic.
From the Masters of the Universe franchise, Mattel will release the "Gym Bro Skeletor" action figure. This humorous take on the classic villain depicts Skeletor in workout attire, complete with dumbbells, a barbell, and extra hands. The figure is priced at $50 and includes accessories for a leg day workout.
Celebrating 25 years of Jurassic Park 3, Mattel's Hammond Collection will offer a Collector Edition Velociraptor. This figure features "comic-inspired deco and highly detailed sculpting," and comes in a premium window box with an illustrated comic-panel backdrop. It will be available for $25.
Additionally, a new Monster High Skullector doll, Lagoona Blue, has been announced. The doll's design is inspired by Halloween celebrations, featuring an ocean-themed iridescent gown and angler fish mask. This collectible is priced at $80.
These new collectibles will be available at Mattel's booth (#2945) at San Diego Comic-Con and on MattelCreations.com starting July 23.
