Modern Warfare 4 Season 1 Adds New Weapons and Warzone Integration

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4's inaugural season launches on November 6, bringing a new battle pass, additional multiplayer maps and game modes, and weapon integrations for Warzone. The season will also update the DMZ mode with a new map, more Orders, and FOB upgrades.

Modern Warfare 4's content will be integrated into Warzone, removing Black Ops 7's omnimovement and introducing two Modern Warfare-themed maps. Players will be able to unlock and utilize the new weapons and operators from Modern Warfare 4 within the battle royale.

New Season 1 Weapons

The Cronen Osprey, an assault rifle described as having a high fire rate without compromising accuracy or control, will be available for free at tier 16 of the Season 1 battle pass. It features 70 levels, a 30-round magazine, and can be equipped with an Apex attachment called the Cronen Helix Mk. II, which transforms it into a dual-fire weapon. The weapon also supports various attachment types including Optic, Muzzle, Barrel, Underbarrel, Magazine, Rear Grip, Stock, Laser, and Ammunition.

The CSG-35, a submachine gun boasting the highest fire rate in its class, is designed for close-quarters combat and becomes harder to manage at longer ranges. It can be unlocked for free at tier 36 of the battle pass. This weapon has 42 levels, a 28-round magazine, and its Apex attachment, the CSG Crossfire, enables a dual-wield akimbo variant. Attachment options include Optic, Muzzle, Underbarrel, Magazine, Rear Grip, Stock, Laser, and Ammunition.

The JAK 12, a full-auto shotgun returning from Modern Warfare 2019, will be unlockable through a limited-time event during the season. It has a fire rate of 323 RPM and a 8-round magazine. Its Apex attachment, the JAK Barrage, launches adhesive explosives that detonate on impact with enemies or surfaces.

Additionally, the ZLR Talonhawk, a combat axe-style melee weapon for close-range attacks, will also be available as a limited-time event reward during the season. This melee weapon features 10 levels and does not support attachments. Its Mastery Badges are available.
