Nintendo will host a new Indie World showcase on October 28, the company announced. The presentation is scheduled to air at 7 AM PT / 10 AM ET / 2 PM GMT / 3 PM CEST and will run for approximately 15 minutes.
This showcase will highlight upcoming indie titles for both the current Nintendo Switch and the upcoming Switch 2. It marks the first Indie World presentation since March, which also ran for about 15 minutes and featured games such as Mixtape, Toem 2, Blue Prince, Rotwood, Moonlighter 2, Denshattack, Blighted, and Deadzone: Rogue. Viewers can expect a similar variety of announced and updated indie games in this latest showcase.
Nintendo has had a strong year with releases like Pokémon Pokopia and Fire Emblem, as well as Nintendo Switch Sports Resort. The upcoming Indie World showcase aims to continue this momentum by revealing new projects that could capture the gaming community's interest, potentially filling the void left by the recent release of Hollow Knight: Silksong.
