Day 1: Establishing Ramen Noir
The journey began with Ramen Noir, a noodle bar gifted by Thaddeus Carminus. This inheritance came with initial furnishings: two tables, four chairs, a cook named Banor, and a debt of 50,000 credits. The player's first task involved strategically placing these items. Initial thoughts leaned towards placing tables near the main walkway to attract attention, or by a railing to offer customers a scenic view.
Ultimately, the tables were positioned for convenient walk-in access. The first night's operations involved serving chicken noodle soup, with the cook Banor handling the culinary tasks. The initial setup comprised two tables and chairs in the nascent Ramen Noir.
Day 2: Expanding the Establishment
By the second day, Ramen Noir had seen some expansion and new acquisitions. The menu expanded to include a recipe for accordion potatoes. A new server, Pris Morton, was hired, adding to the staff. The seating capacity increased with the addition of three bar stools. A drink machine was also acquired, capable of making beer. A small cleaning robot, Cleaner X1A, was also put to work, adhering to the same shift lengths as human employees.
